Websites, content and campaigns that work harder.
I'm Paige Magistrelli, a marketer at Shive-Hattery, an architecture and engineering firm. I help plan website content, write the stories behind the projects and design campaigns, then use the data to show what worked.

A marketer with an artist's eye, who cares as much about how a page looks as how it performs.
I joined Shive-Hattery as a Creative Strategist intern and became a full-time Proposal Coordinator in 2026. Along the way I've helped with the website, the Insights blog and the firm's digital marketing: 105 project pages, eight market and service pages, and an in-progress content audit.
Before that I spent two years as the marketing intern for the Quad-City Times Bix 7, one of the largest non-marathon road races in the country, and designed websites for small businesses and nonprofits while finishing my degree.
I served on the planning committee for the 2026 Emerging Professionals Swarm, and this fall I joined our Creative Strategy team at the SMPS Heartland Regional Conference to learn from A/E marketers across the region. Give me a goal and the data, and I'll turn it into a plan people can follow.
Every page is planned around what its audience needs to find first.
Decisions come with data: traffic, search clicks and a clear way to measure the result.
Clean layouts, strong photos and consistent type, because design is part of the message.
Conferences, events and the people behind the work.
